- This form is an applicaon and an agreement to appoint an individual as self-employed and independent Distributor. This form read with "My Business Plan" shall together be construed as a validly entered Contract and the Distributor and GLMG shall be bound by the terms and condions herein.
- Each applicant should be at least 18 years of age at the me of applicaon, to become a GLMG Distributor.
- The Distributor shall not make any claim that is not consistent with claims authorised by GLMG
- In case of death of registered distributor, the benefits of earning if any shall be transferred in the name of Nominee as menoned in the applicaon form.
- TDS will be deducted from all payout as per govt. rules
- Maintenance Charge will be applicable @ 5%.
- Company has a right to addion/deducon in business plan, products and price list. In that case, the decision of the company will be final
- The Distributor hereby authorises GLMG to sent Text Messages related to GLMG
- Business on his/her registered mobile number with GLMG.
- All disputes are subject to the Jurisdic0n of GLMG Sri Ganganagar (Raj.)
